Very worst ever expiriance at KFC located at Reliance digital salem, I have ordered 2 sets of ginger burger pack, the service team asks me to wait for 20 mins, after 30 mins i have asked for the food, they said bill lost asked me to handover the bill which they provided me in my hand while order, after some time they provided me the meal which I ordered without french fries after some time they have not even called me to handover the french fries so I have walked myself to the counter and asked for fries then only they provided me the fries, and also in the dine table there was a water droplets dont know from where it comes. Table were not cleaned periodically or after someone left the table, you have to call the cleaning person multiple times to clean the table.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in the KFC outlet in Reliance mall. We palced our order on 9.10 PM but after waiting for 1 hr they don't even prepare our order. We asked for cancellation but the man in cash counter don't even consider us and say sorry for the delay, immediately he refund our money. The worst employees in KFC, which will spoil the name of @kfc. they don't even consider our review and give proper explanation. they don't even explain anything.
