Hotel Pandiyar Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

We stayed for four days to attend a wedding in Thanjavur. At first it was very difficult to find a free room there because of the elections on the weekend, but we found this nice place.||The room was surprisingly tidy and clean and above average compared to other Hotels we have been. Especially for the price a very big plus. Also the bathroom was very nice and clean. Hot water was available and working. AC was working very well.||The Hotel is in walking distance to the Big Temple. You find a few restaurants nearby, and even working ATM!!! We had no issues reaching other parts of the city from there.||Breakfast was included in the price for the rooms, and we could choose between different south indian foods. Of course tea and coffee is available too. We didn't use the room service much but the brought as stuff fast.||As I am foreigner, I needed to talk in english to the service guys but it was difficult sometimes. But this should not be a problem...

I write this review with so much of bad experience i had by staying in this hotel.|2500 INR for 10x10 sq ft room with no lift facility, no intercom connection (the device was not working) , no hot water for 24x7, no recharge of tv connection, no chairs, no tea table, bathroom lock handle was broken, no proper car parking facility, no cleanliness.|Staff were good but they are helpless to provide these basic facilities for 2500 INR.| Infact I know I may get a reply for this review from owner that the points are noted and improvements will be done.|For the past 4 to 5 years I can see same answer for worst reviews but no improvement.|Don't only focus on making money, be loyal to the business and earn customers .|As it's everyone's hard earned money.|I will never visit again and will no recommend this hotel even for my enemy.|Please see the pictures i had taken for all these issues.|I had also explained this to the receptionist while...
