Mr Senthil has been so good with his hospitality in helping us choose a good room. If not for him, I wouldn’t have been able to stay in this hotel. Spacious room with a King size bed with a spacious wardrobe area are nice. ||||Room was cleaned well thanks to the Housekeeping Supervisor Mr Easwaramurthy. His team was efficient in keeping my room clean every day. ||The Chettinadu, their restaurant had very limited menu for breakfast yet tasty food was served. ||In the restaurant, Kannan & Saju deserve better applaud for their sincere service. ||||Nobody in this hotel take this pandemic times seriously as I had to keep on requesting all the staff to wear masks 😷 ||I wonder why this is happening in a hotel where there is no drinking water is given to my room at free of cost apart from the one, 1 ltr water bottle given as a complimentary drinking water. ||Mr Senthil has gradually agreed to give 2, one litre water bottles every day upon my request. ||But buying drinking water bottles became a big nuisance for me as one Mr Naveen, in the front desk of the same hotel was trying to force me to buy a water bottle priced at Rs 35 whereas the MRP of the same bottle is Rs 20. He even tried to stop the concierge from helping me buy from outside & this became my reason for shortening my stay in this hotel & go elsewhere. ||They seriously don’t even know the spelling to HOSPITALITY as Mr Naveen tried to argue with me to force me to buy water bottles from the hotel for giving a BETTER BUSINESS TO THE HOTEL. ||||I wonder how huge family who stay here manage to buy water bottles at this price. ||Anyway, I’ve decided never to recommend this hotel to...

A Warning To Hotel Sahana Castle Nagercoil ❌❌❌||I Never Complain Ordinarily while Touring… But being a Travel freak, it’s my duty to warn my fellow travellers to avoid certain Hotels…||When we’re requesting them to serve our Complimentary Breakfast in Room, Since we’re having an 8 months Old Baby and to avoid to mingle with the Sunday Crowd in Buffet Hall due to this COVID situation they refused… Agreeable..!||I Requested them to serve at least one person so as to feed the Kid, They Refused that too, Yes Agreeable..!||We wanted to not avail the Complimentary Breakfast and ready to Pay for the Breakfast, They refused since Room Services would start only from Lunch, That too is Agreeable…||But once, one of us went to the Buffet Hall and requesting Breakfast to only a single person to take back it to the room and to feed our Kid and they denied that too, stating their Policy would not Permitting this, Is totally Arrogant in the Part of the Management of the Hotel…||I’ve Checked Out from this Hotel 12 Hours earlier than my Allowable Check out Time…||This complaint is proposed to be Lodged to the Nagercoil Municipal Corporation and also to be posted in leading Travel Forums and I would like to Share this to my Fellow Friends…||Being Travelled many parts of the World 🌎 I personally feel that this kind of Arrogance would spoil the reputation of the Travel Industry...
