🚨 Serious Incident at Arya Bhavan – Vadasery Bus Stand, Nagercoil 🚨 📢 Calling the Owner & Management – Urgent Attention Required
What happened to me and my family at your restaurant today was absolutely shocking and UNACCEPTABLE.
We visited Arya Bhavan, Vadasery (near Bus Stand, Nagercoil) and ordered two masala dosas. What was served to us was a completely damaged, broken, messy plate, far from any standard of a masala dosa. Still, we didn’t overreact — I simply questioned the quality.
But what happened next was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant:
❌ The waiter abused me with filthy language:
“If you don’t want this dosa, mayiru… Don’t eat. Why are you asking questions?”
❌ When I calmly asked why he was speaking like that, he continued insulting me:
“Poda mayiru…”
❌ Before we could leave, the same waiter followed us outside and raised his hand to hit me, trying to provoke a physical fight.
This was not customer service — it was rowdyism.
I am still in shock. Is this a hotel or a katta panchayat? Is this how your staff are trained? Do you care at all about customer safety?
🟥 To the Owner:
If this is how your staff are behaving under your roof, you are directly responsible. Your brand is being destroyed by these rowdy elements who are wearing your uniform. One more such incident and someone may get seriously harmed.

So that no other family faces this kind of trauma.
Yes — the food was decent, but when your staff treat paying customers like garbage, it becomes a serious threat to your reputation and a safety issue for the public.
🔴 I urge the owner to respond immediately, investigate this waiter’s behavior, and ensure this doesn’t happen again. A public apology is the...

I recently visited Arya Bhavan located at the Vadasery Bus Stand in Nagercoil. I ordered two masala dosas, but to my shock, the waiter served them in a completely damaged condition — the dosas looked like they had been mashed together with the masala, more like a chutney than a proper dish.
When I politely questioned the quality of the food served, the waiter's response was shockingly rude. He said, “If you don’t want this dosa, mayiru… don’t eat, why asking questions?” When I asked why he was being so harsh, he replied again, “Poda mayiru…”
To make matters worse, the same waiter followed us out and even raised his hand as if to physically assault us, attempting to provoke a fight. This was not just poor customer service — it was threatening and unacceptable behavior.
It felt more like a rowdy adda or katta panchayat than a family-friendly restaurant. There was no sense of customer safety, basic courtesy, or accountability.
Food was good, yes — but what's the point if the staff behaves like goons? I strongly advise people, especially families, to be cautious. I will be sharing this experience across all platforms — including social media and LinkedIn — because this kind of behavior must not be tolerated in any hospitality setting.
I urge the management and relevant authorities to take immediate action. This is not just about customer satisfaction — it’s about basic human decency and public safety.
Finally went and had nice food at Aryas with good service with safety .. since hope no rowdies or the waiter...
Read moreVisited Arya Bhavan at Vadasery Bus Stand, Nagercoil, and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the food served was spoiled and not fit to eat, which was quite disappointing. However, what truly stood out was the remarkable honesty and integrity of the staff.
Without any complaint from our side, the cleaning staff observed that the food had not been touched and informed the manager. To our surprise, the manager immediately chose not to bill us for the food(parotta) , acknowledging the issue voluntarily. Despite our insistence on paying, they refused to charge us, billing only for the coffee—which, thankfully, was good.
Their politeness, professionalism, and ethical handling of the situation were truly commendable. It’s rare to see such genuine accountability in hospitality. Kudos to the team—keep the spirit of honesty alive!
While the food quality definitely needs improvement, the staff’s sincerity and customer-first attitude deserve recognition. With improved quality, this establishment has...
