Hotel Udupi International — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Udupi International, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay unforgettable.

Staff and Service:

The staff at Udupi are genuinely some of the best I’ve encountered. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, was met with professionalism and a sincere desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any request, no matter how big or small, making my stay incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

Rooms: The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain the rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Location: The location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers which is very near to bus stand. Situated in a prime area, it offers easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful and serene environment, allowing guests to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Ambience: The ambience of the hotel is simply delightful. The decor is elegant and modern, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The common areas, including the lobby and restaurant, are beautifully designed and provide a great space to relax and socialize.

We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times for past 5 years when we had visited Nagercoil for different occasions so have stayed in all the different types of rooms available there. The staffs were quite friendly and understanding. All the rooms are very clean, neat and spacious. The family suite room is completely luxurious from mattress to bathroom amenities. The other rooms are also good to their sizes with king sized beds which was very comfortable for us having a toddler. we were provided with complimentary breakfasts and the food was tasty. Even our kid loved the food and enjoyed them during the whole stay. They offered room service as well and best part was that, they made sure it was wrapped well to make sure they stay hot and fresh just as it would be if had if the restaurant. They had one of the tastiest milk we had ever experienced. And their sweets were very delicious.

The only thing which disappointed us was their car parking lot. they have space for many cars but it would've been great if they had covered the park with some sheets. Each day when I had to take my car out, I had to spend atleast 30 mins to clean the car from the tree saps or the froth from the stp or make the car come down to its normal temperature due to open parking.

To summarize, you can definitely have a wonderful experience with your stay, food and services but if you are planning to drive long distances from the hotel after a night stay, make sure to clean your car or atleast the windshield to enable a clear sight...

I visited the restaurant reacently ... We were a group or 6 members We're about to have our breakfast ... They took so long to deliver the food & they didn't even served it correctly... They couldn't even remember what we have ordered and the food was not good... My friend was asking water for a long time & they didn't even notice that .. they were on a rush to take orders to the new customers & didn't cared about the people who were already there. We ordered 3 coffee and 3 tea ... They were sooooooooooooo worst that they didn't even noticed that they have forgotten to add sugar... I personally went to the chief & asked to bring sugar .... "But the first thing that came to our table was a bill of ₹519 " We paid the bill... keep the coffee & tea.. Went back to work... First of all this is an international hotel so plz maintain the international standards in everything ... The vessels & cups they served us was very badly damaged & not even washed clearly...

The first impression about them was very bad due to their attitude Coz they were no ready to take their responsibilities.... So that's it for...
