Placed near before going to boat house. Room rates are reasonable. We went as a family trip.

Nearly 26 members stayed. 12.00 noon check in 12.00 noon check out.

Car and can can be parked just outside the villa.

Separate room available for drivers also.

Ground floor 3 number of double bed room available with water heater in bathroom for family.

First floor 4 number of double bed room available with water heater in bathroom.

Second floor there are 6 double bed available for same group of family members.

Camp fire available with extra cost ₹800/

We occupied first and second floor and cost for 24 hour stay is ₹11000.

Canteen facility available .veg & Non veg food they can prepare and supplied .

Idli set-₹25/, dosai set - ₹40/, chapati set- ₹50 /& Pongal -₹50/.

Swimming pool available for 2 hours per family with depth 3.5 feet & 4.5 feet.

It was really pathetic experience for me. Only JSB Villa is good compare to their outlets. I came with my family wife and kid booked in Jsp residency priorly but due to bachelor occupancy they gave some other room in tJsp resort very worst room 😑 given behind the pool set out area. then I asked them to change room again they changed to cottage where we went by walk nearly 15 min interior near village that cottage seems to be very old like gost bungalow unsafety one Again i asked to change the Hotel then they gave room in Jsp Villa it is ok to stay. One request to JSP management Please give more priority to family and give some good room initially itself don't give room for sake and make us to ask for change room. Those who are booking hotel priority in Jsp make sure you get a exact room pics and and branch name where you booking and going to...

I had a fun filled vacation with my family at this place . just go for this place .. The people at the resort are very helpful and go beyond bounds to make us feel comfortable and at home. Special mention (Karthik and Shankar) was extra helpful and practically became family.. The rooms are extremely neat and clean.. the location is very good too. Mr vicky shared horror Stories over campfire that added to the fun we qhere already having.. The owner of the place is a people oriented person rather than money oriented like most. So just go for this place if u want to make most of...
