Rhythms Lake View Resorts — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I did not get a chance to visit this hotel but understood the guest service from the quality of the reception phone acknowledgement. I frequent yelagiri and I have seen this resort many times. The location is the main highlight of this hotel and I desired to stay here the next time I visit Yelagiri. Made the booking from an online portal and got a confirmed voucher too. It is my habit to always call hotel for confirmation. The hotels I have visited till date courteously acknowledges calls and conveys genuinely on status. The scenario was totally different with Rhythms. The receptionist picked up the call and rudely started negative remarks the online portal and keeps repeating no rooms ,no rooms , no rooms lol. Understood the quality of the resort from that call itself. I didnt speak anything to the receptionist but conveyed my thanks for the status and hung up. The online portal too had a word with hotel and was courteous enough to provide an alternate arrangement for me. Kindly consider this review as a caution for online booking visits...

What you see in this pic is not there I mean the outer building these pics where taken when construction got over

But now in 2019 the resort is fully covered by trees so u can't see the lake from ur room balcony or corridor but it's just a walkable distance from this resort

2.If u call and book the room directly itself it will be less than 300 rs than by booking in trivago or other sites so don't trust apps

Breakfast ul get only dosa and idly which will be very good they serve hot Lunch and dinner I got oily when I ordered kadai paneer so I don't recommend lunch and dinner

4.you can play shuttle they will provide the necessities

5.Room water Heater you need to call reception they will on the switch from there itself so you cant bath as per ur Timing

6.No card swipping machine u need to carry cash I suffered a lot to find money in the nearby atms...

Poor & Worst Service : Very Poor Front Office desk supervised by a manager (Kumaran) who was very rude and arrogant, he doesn't have any intention to offer rooms and is demanding for double the price which is way higher than the existing rates (we compare directly & Online). We already visited this place several times and the service was extremely great at that time. It seems management hired the wrong person to spoil their reputation and i personally referred few of my friends to take rooms from ( SNS Grand Inn ) which is just opposite to this resort with friendly staff, beautiful rooms & Swimming pool and the ambience was quite relaxing compared with Rhythms Lake...
