We have stayed here as a family [14 members including kid] we have occupied 4 rooms in the first floor for 2 nights [31st Dec 2021 to 2nd jan 2022]. Best service at affordable cost. We have actually booked through agoda however if we book it directly it is much cheaper along with complemntary break fast, you please check with them before booking. The propretier of the premises is also staying next to the building so 24/7 they are available for support. The location is just 1 km inside from the main road just near to 'Thrill Valley'||Since it is interior the location and surrondings was really awesome and you will difenetly enjoy the nature breeze as like kodikanal and ooty. ||||We have reached there for new year celeberation, we got a fantastic camp fire experience and new year events organized along with home made wine [non alcholic], cake cutting and fire works all as complementry. We really loved it and should thank the owner and their family because they have organized everything as a family and we togetherly enjoyed the new year. Unforgettable moments.||||Home made foods were been prepared and served if it is informed prior they have sepereate dinning area in second floor and above average in test and especially stomach friendly. Every day before one meal they are messaging the menu for next meal so as to decide. ||||The properitor family was so nice [Husband, Wife and daughter] every body was so down to earth they have greeted us right from the parking and helped us to park in the best way and always interacting with guests for any kind of support required which really give the sense of fulfillment and took atmost attention on providing wonderful gesture through out the stay, my sincere thanks from the bottom of heart for those good souls. The house keeping people were also been very humble and supportive and no attitude and no sence of requesting tip, they all served really very well, right from unloading the luggages to rooms till loading the luggages again in the car. ||||The surrondings was so safe as we have 4 small kids from 4 to 7 years, they all played out like anything and they enjoyed the premises more than us.||||Atlast, they have a 11 AM checkin and checkout but the properiator allowed us to check out even little late finally we did checked out by 2PM and we had little time to refresh in the room before check out. someone blocked my review to stop viewing others.Hotel owner is one of the member in hotel association,its very bad that reviews are hidden,google look on to this ,the genuine reviews will view all of them to know what are the facilitiesin the property it will help others-pls read my old review Stayed a night in kooze kaves with family -detailed review for the sake of fellow guests 1.property is 1 to 1.5 km from boat house bus stop. 2.Property is some what old building but maintaining cleanly 3 property is having ground floor and 1st floor rooms where we stayed 4.from 1st floor view from balcony and rooms are very good covered full of trees 5 we book auto from boat house to property when we came All in one Mr.shiva recieved us with greetings and given room after paying balance amount for Room,they mostly don't prefer phnpe or gpay only cash for food and room. They are taking original id proof because they don't have xerox option. 6.Coming to Room 1 queen size bed it will accommodate 2adults and a kid bed is not in good condition sounds bad while sitting,for dining they given 2 chairs and table one dressing table and having fan no AC in the room 7 Bathroom is clean they don't have hot water facility for 24hrs,provides shampoo and soap as complimentary They are providing hot water only 6am to 6pm 8 they will provide food with pre order guests will tell before 3 to 4 hours for food.they don't provide lunch. 9.providing dinner and breakfast, they will send you items list for dinner and breakfast we have to select what we want.prices are reasonable we ordered chapati dhal and parota pepper chicken curry both are good in taste for morning we ordered idly vada Pongal both are not good taste idly is hard and Pongal is soft and not tasty vada is ok for breakfast we disappointed,chutney is salty.Rates are as follows Pepper chicken curry -200 Chapathi-25 Dhal-125 Parota -25 Idly-15 Vada-20 Pongal-75 10.Campfire is organizing after 8.30pm with music ,it is good option 11.check out and check in time 11am and 11pm 12.only one person is there for Room service Mr.shiva he gives his best to serve guest.
