Pros: Friendly and supportive staff. Food is good with reasonable price. Good car parking Room booking and confirmation received on time with prompt service Nice flowers decoration at the front

Although Ooty is a cool place now a days due to summer., definitely fan or ac is a must so that we can use on need basis. Summers are pretty hot at afternoons I felt the need of fan or ac.
Considering the price they are charging ( for stay pricing is on par with top class hotels), they can have some indoor games, etc., for kids

Read morerident is decent property but its not value for money. Actually far from it. There is no reception worth its name, just a small desk acting as reception. Restaurant is part of reception or other way round. It looks like the staff are not professionally trained, they are just assorted mix of amateurs. Receptionist, waiter, chef all are used to manage your bags. The waiter carries the tray in one hand and one bowl in other hand, clear signal that they are not trained. They do not have cold water or ice cubes, they say that its not needed in Ooty. (In more reasonable hotel and cooler Coonoor both are amply available.) They do not know how to manage the customers. The towels, napkins are of inferior quality. Their manager is worst of all. He seems to have no professional experience. He shouts at top of his voice to customers. He has temerity to call his customers as "Nuisance". Would not recommend this...
