Title: Horrible Experience – Terrible Service and Unpleasant Stay!

I recently stayed at Hotel Egale Grand, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. First off, the staff was incredibly impolite. When I asked for an extra blanket, they refused and acted like I was making an unreasonable request. I couldn’t believe the lack of hospitality.

The towels provided were in awful condition – stained and thin, almost as if they had been used for years. It was really disappointing for a hotel claiming to offer premium services.they dont even offer toothpaste or basic toiletries even after asking.

To make matters worse, when I inquired about any available discounts or rates, the staff refused to offer any helpful information or even consider providing a better deal. They just acted indifferent and dismissive.

Overall, the service was terrible, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. Save yourself the frustration and stay...

Worst hotel experience. They are not fully functional yet and started accepting guests hence creating a lot of chaos. They are outsourcing the breakfast which is worse than a streetside food. They don't have enough utensils for guests to eat breakfast. Their geyser is not working hence they asked to take a bath in another room which has used & uncleaned bathroom. They changed my laundry with some another person and took 48 hours to deliver it.

In short, these people don't have experience in hotel and lodging business. Only try them after 6 months if you wish to. I had no other choice because there was no availability in...

Not as good as before. Previously I have stayed here many times, whenever I need to go airport, this was my go to restaurant. Near to airport. It was so good then. But now the rooms are not maintained properly, I was given a room with • its painting wore off and falling in the corner. • The washbasin was shaking while using, it may fall down. • The bed runner was not dusted. It has the dirt marks on it.

These small details sets the mark. The breakfast was fine couldn't say the best, but it is manageable.
