Be cautious⚠️⚠️⚠️❗❗❗ All the five star reviews are given by owners friends couliges.... Read real experience review Very very bad experience... One of the most dirtiest hotel in world... Photos shown are totally fake I lived in that hotel on 25 January.. rooms are pathetic. Hotel booked on treebo manager gives pathetic rooms to already online booking... In my room there was 3 rats and window has gap rats are roaming in the rooms be very careful... So I have to change the room in midnight that too was not easily changed by manager... There were no curtains and another room curtain was cut by mouse 🐭🐭🐭🐁🐁🐁... Bathroom was dirtiest and water heater not working... Don't book because it's on treebo... Totally fake if u don't belive on my review book online and check go on your own risk... And book only if you want to spend nights with rats 🐁🐁🐁 ... Dont deserve even zero star... Most important thing don't go with family because smoking smell and wine drinkers are always in this hotels... Iam writing this review so that others should not face the same pathetic situation. If don't belive on my honest review go book online and enjoy the thrilling...

The manager/ the guy at the reception at the hotel demanded more money after my booking from Agoda, I've booked a room for 3 adults but we were 2 adults and 2 kids as this option wasn't available in the hotel booking. Overall the experience was sad as manager was arguing about my booking. The kids were tired and wanted to relax but the manager didn't understand the situation and kept on saying call Agoda. I had to pay extra amount on top of my booking. The hot water didn't work the next day morning and my daughter had to use the kettle for hot water. The overall experience was very bad.

Over priced... Staff behaviour is rude and not acceptable. They only care about money. If you need any services then you have beg them.. only matters to them is payment... Card payment extra 3% you need to pay, GST bill is additional chargable. 2k per room is not acceptable where they don't provide extra towel or soap.

Don't believe discount holding outside the hotel

Usually I don't post negative reviews.. but the behaviour of staff made me disappointed and to change hotel. Got good deal in lakdikapool now.. its a purely loss to them. 30 days stay they just lost with...
