Hotel O Sri Arunachala Residency — Hotel in Tiruvannamalai

During my stay at Hotel Arunachala in Thiruvannamalai, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the location was convenient, being close to the temple, everything else fell short of expectations.

From the moment I checked in, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The room I was given was not well-maintained—the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and there was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioning barely worked, and when I asked for assistance, the staff either ignored my request or responded sluggishly. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic things like fresh towels. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. This is the dirtiest and worst room I have ever been in my life . Worse than s###. Please don't go there .The bathroom is not clean at all ,the pillows are torn and full of curry when we came .the air conditioner is the worst thing ever .it doesn't work at all even at 17 degrees and when we asked the helper he changed the ac to 20 and said wow super cool .our car doesn't have space for parking. The worst hotel experience ever! The rooms are nothing like the images on Google Maps—I was completely misled. I’m attaching the real pictures to show the actual condition. The manager is extremely rude, especially towards women, and has a terrible attitude toward customers, even using vulgar language.
