Radha Madhvam Hotel provided an amazing stay – it’s easily accessible, just a short walk from Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi Gate No. 1 and Potra Kund Lake, and very close to the station. The property is new, extremely clean, and hygienic, and they’re constantly improving. The staff behavior is excellent. Tuly the best I've experienced. During our stay, my daughter suddenly fell ill, and the hotel staff didn’t hesitate to help. The owner himself took us to the hospital in his own car and checked on her health multiple times. Worst hotel i ever checked in…. Only the Price is reasonable however receptionist guy is very rude not welcoming at all. He should know what is basic hospitality at least… the time we checked in the room they have offered is smelly full of cigarette buds and garbages were stuck at bed side… while asking to clean the wash room the guy just answered “i am not the cleaner” in a very rude way. The quality of the hotel is good but room are not most of time light get tripped and bedsheets are smelly and all wall are got dampness and most of the switch board not working and the worst parts are washrooms all are low qualuty plastic taps and they provide the bucket which is i dont think it was washed ever and the blanket they provide is so smelly.
