I wish I had the chance to rate it as ‘Zero’.

They have long length menu but has only single dal and rice to serve. Also their owner takes the order and when asked to in great their staff so that the things can be done quickly and in proper way, he will raise his voice stating aap mujhe mt sikhao khana khane aaye ho to khao nhi to jao and when we stood to leave the restaurant he raised his voice too loudly and said maalik ko bologe kaam kaise krna hai and then his son came in to create a scene and started shouting with him. They also tried to charged up on my family members not even seeing if the person they are talking to is a lady. They take unnecessary advantage of being local at Mathura and consider themselves superior as they have their restaurant exactly in front of Mathuras’ famous krishnaji’s janmabhoomi. So, i went to classic restaurant with my mother and the food was terrible . I never thought anybody could cook normal simple Dal bad .. so we ordered Jeera Aalo , tandoori roti , Dal and Curd and all 4 items were very very bad. Their potatos were undercooked their dal makhani was undercooked. Their rootis were burned. and after everything I asked them to pack the food so I could give it to someone in need. As I was not able to eat uncooked and burned food but didnot wanted to waste it either so they gave 1 polythene to me and asked me to pack it ypurself if you want as we do not have packing option. Summary - Tasteless and unauthentic food, staff is unresponsive and rude, too expensive.

Food - The food was bland and lacked the original taste the dishes were expected to have. Dal was tasteless and paneer butter masala lacked the flavor of butter. The masala too wasn't good. Naan was too tight even after several complaints.

Service - The staff was unresponsive and rude. Complaints were not tackled with sensible responses. When complaints were made about the paneer they said atleast...
