Babylon Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I went with my family to visit the holy Shri Krishna Janambhoomi.Had a great darshan there.After that we were in search for a nice place to have dinner.Saw this restaurant and from outside it gave an impression that it would be good as it was just in front of Janambhoomi and was an AC restaurant.

But,alas,it did not turn out the way we were thinking.We ordered Manchurian,plain dosa and utappam.We were so hungry that even a slightly delicious food would have satisfied us.But to our horror,Manchurian was so salty that we had to spit it out in dustbin.Utappam was also not cooked properly.

We tghought we should try something else.We ordered Idli now.The Idli too was so UNCOOKED that spoon went through it when we tried to eat.

We requested to change the MAnchurian which we got but hell...it was still the same.We poliutely told everything to the owner but he never showed even a slightest bit of apology let alone a kind gesture of npt charging the items we did not like,which we have seen in good restautrants where if we do not like anything and return the item,we were not charged for it.

We did not even expect even that.Even a slight gesture of apology would have made our day.

All in all,DO NOT VISIT TIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE...

Worst restaurant in that area, the waiter is not listening and keep forcing you to finish fast, also arguing for the wrong thing he did, got so much attitude. I ordered idli sambhar and asked for extra idli and he said you have to take new plate. I would suggest you to go for the bhojnaley of the mandir in front of Kamla Guest House it's best in that area. Taste was ok, he just got all the bread all at once considering a person will eat 2 at once and it all got hard that to without butter, denying that butter wasn't there and gave...

Babylon restaurant is the only restaurant i have seen which charges extra 5 rupees on a tetra pack of real juice which is having a maximum retail price of 20 rupees and not just this Babylon charges GST on that... Which means double taxation on products... Just because normal people don't have knowledge about this all they are just making fool of everyone. The overall cost the are charging for a Tetra pack real juice is Rs 20 + Rs 5(don't know which charge) + Gst of 5% i.e Rs. 1.25 They might be doing this for other things too...
