Janmbhoomi Trust Bhojnalay — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Food/Prasadam is Good. You have to pay ₹100 per thali there prepaidly and take the token in the bill counter. Then give that token to staff who serve the food. And then you can have food.

But service is very much poor. Staff who serve the food here behave like extraordinary millionaire. Like we're eating there for free of cost.

You can waste food but you are not allowed to share it with your own family members not even with small children. If you share a little bit of food the staff treats you like a theif.

One request to the owner of this Bhojanalay, firstly, Not everyone finish full thali. To avoid wasting of food give second option half plate for ₹50 as we all know that in INDIA we consider food as maa Annapurneshwari. Don't waste food in the name of business.

secondly, try to teach your staff who serve the food some politeness and respectful way to treat the devotees who comes to the Bhojanalay in Devine place like MATHURA🙏

We travelled nearly 2000km to visit MATHURA. And we had a worst experience in Mathura Bhojanalay

I would like to give 5star to food and atmosphere but "THE SERVICE" overtake all of that and I give 0star but there's no options...

Food is said to be prasadam but only one person is allowed to eat from one plate. If 2 people need to eat bit... Then they have to spend money twice.
