HOTEL RBS — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I would not even give 1 star but that’s the limitation. Firstly points to highlight:

1. before booking when i asked manager said breakfast is there ! The breakfast when i called to eat they said we have only limited breakfast so one person can have only one limited item and that too of poor quality and unhygienic Secondly , no fruits no kellogs no chocos no salad ! Tea and coffee also anyone per person that too of worst taste. Initially I called to the hotel and asked -“ will i get heater “ , they said “yes” and then after check-in they denied saying its chargeable at 300 rs per night.

Basic Room cleaning is done without cleaning the tiles of the washroom , the big mat in the room is never vaccumed and is full of dust ! The room is wiped with dripping water that guests can fall anytime I took a checkin at 10 pm at night and the room given was smelling of faul smell and dapness. When asked to change the room they said please take the money and take your senior citizen parents in the middle of the night with a rude tone. Disrespectful staff , the main manager behaves as if he owns ayodhya. Hospitality industry they have no idea ! They have just started a hotel without any knowledge of this industry ! Despite having no knowledge there is no one thread of humbleness amongts the manager and the entire staff There are no hand towels and no bathroom slippers for a hotel which charges like 3 star.

Other than this: broken tiles in washroom and full fungus ⁠unwashed towels ⁠no hand towels ⁠no heater ⁠rude manager and staff ⁠worst breakfast and zero quality. ⁠no mannerism

I would recommend people to stay in home stay but not in such hotels. They are such shame in the...

I stayed with my family in this hotel for 4 days paying 4k per day. Few observations and feedback from my side : Though the distance from the temple is 500 mtr but the lane is full of filth ,open drains and quite a lot of monkeys.it is always scary to see so many monkeys roaming all time and you have to walk in between them. The rooms were not that spacious, even after paying quite a good amount of money the rooms were not very up to the mark and the food was also very bad and mostly it was over by the time we went to eat.There were people coming from near by hotels too ,to have lunch and it was always full space for their own customers. In a stay of 4 days we told them not to clean on day 2 as it was not that dirty but they didn't do it on other days too. The room service was slow too, a tea ordered with instructions use to come with some random and unasked specifications. There were charges for asking for extra toiletries, there was one tiny soap and toothbrush available and handwash was more like it is mixed with water already. No proper lights in the room, especially near the mirror area it was completely dark. Food was expensive too, from the restaurant. There were no tissues in the room even though we had asked...

Location:Reaching to the hotel is quite hard because it is a residential colony and they build a hotel there...badly property is the last in a row of houses and there is so narrow road also.when I was reaching some of the peoples of colony looking at me with anger as there is so narrow road and the parked their vehicle also...i strictly recommended not to come with your vehicle if your vehicle is bigger then normal hatchback...

Check In:check in was good asked to pay all the terrif at the time of check in bt it's ok.we booked room for 2 person bt we are check in 3 person so asked for a extra bad. Hotel was agree to provide us a extra bad with extra charge of 1000rs bt after some arguments they agree with 500rs.There was no space in room as the room is so small and they asked to manage extra bad in this room only bt again some arguments they provided another room with was little bigger then pervious

Room: As the property is new the room was so nice and clean all the thing are working properly

Service:There was no water bottle in the room and when I asked for it they said it's paid(even there was not single bottle of water at the time of check in)

Overall only the room is a good point of the property as it's a new one

Restaurant:Not tried restaurant but yes...
