Genuine Review based on my personal experience We booked Deluxe Room AC is available and working 👍 1.tv is there but only free channel will be available for guest Mineral water amenities mentioned but they won't give you unless until you asked. Single Bisleri for whole day otherwise you can have RO water on demand. For Hot water they don't have geyser in each room you have to request before 25-30 minutes..then they will turn on their switch then you have to waste 2 buckets of water to get hot water in your tap. Even Toiletries which is common in every hotel and they arrange before guest but in this hotel they won't give you unless you demand... Firstly room boy denied that there is nothing like Toiletries when we show him in facility list then he came back 2dental kit 2little sized soap and single mini size so called local herbal shampoo.. 5 Bedsheets were dirty we asked them to change and they changed with new one which is torned. Enclosed photos of bedsheets. Wi-Fi is useless... No speed and of no use. Overall experience is not out of the world 😅 Restaurant has overrated as per their taste. Why 3 star hotel is written with their name I don't know. They should maintain the quality and honesty of 3-star rating otherwise cut down their prices. Hotel Owners worked on their exterior and beautification of lobby..and nothing is maintained in room and their services.. The Reception is pathetic and small, It didn't even look like a reception. Only 2 person can enter in their Reception.|2. And then the Receptionist Mr. Ram Jaiswal don't know how to speak with the Guests.|3. He (Ram Jaiswal) showed me a Good and spacious room and gave us the other room , which was not good and very small.|4. When I asked him about the room which he showed me earlier, He said that room was already taken by someone... I mean how..?|5. I gave him an advance payment for that room and later he gave me a worst room.|6. The Room is Smelly and Flush was not working.|7. Our plan was on CPAI (Bed and Breakfast), But eating a Breakfast was also a challenge.|8. Read moreTo attend a conference at BHU, I stayed two nights here. The place was suggested by the organisers of the conference and booking was made over phone. My only consideration of selecting this hotel was proximity to BHU. I reached late due to flight delay and in a hurry to go to the conference venue could not check the room properly. However, when I returned in the night, it was found that the intercom, TV were not working. When I complained, they first tried to repair those (mind it, repairing at late hours when the guest would like to rest) and upon failing to do so offered to shift to an adjacent room. I agreed as those two things were functioning here but later discovered that the bathroom was nasty, mouldy. Even a part of the room was also damp, mouldy. The staff who visited the room to check the TV set was not having any etiquette and he straight way sat on my bed!||I was to give this poor but marked it average only because of helping nature of Mr Rahul at the front desk.
