The restaurant was probably having a renovation, so they currently accommodate in a banquet Hall by the way it seemed. The time we went in, there was only one family seated in and was quite peaceful. The hall was quite spacious and tidy. Coming to food, Chicken tikka tasted quite good with tikka masala evenly distributed in the bones less pieces. We went in for Chinese cuisine, ordered hakka noodles, Veg fried rice, Chicken chilly and Veg Manchurian. Chicken chilly and Veg Manchurian was quite good to taste, with the chicken pieces nicely fried in gravy preparation and veg balls in the Manchurian crisp and good to taste. So all in all, the food was good to taste and we had a good time eating here but it lacks basic amenities I feel.(which is the reason for reducing the stars) First, they did not provide finger bowl at the end (even though Chinese but on request it should be provided) by saying it can't be provided , next the dishes served shall be promptly served- only the head waiter had the courtesy of serving up the already self served dishes. I recently booked this place for my ring ceremony as I heard a lot about this place and their services, but I would say I am highly disappointed. The things they commit and provide are not even nearby. Food served was not even hot, guests kept waiting long as some of the dishes were finished but even after multiple reminders they did not do refill. We paid some extra amount for the food but still these were the king of services which were rendered. Rooms were not cleaned properly, hygiene was a big issue. Staff was not cooperative, very poor management. Above all terms and conditions are revealed by them at the end while making payment. A BIG NO NOO For this place!! Edesia is like any other "fine dining" restaurants opening around Lucknow these days. The food is good, but not distinguishable from tons of other Restaurants.

The ambience of the place is good. You will enjoy and cherish your visit there. The service is bit late and they need to look for this. The staff, though, is good and polite. The aura of the restaurant is great.

Coming to food, the place offers a variety of North Indian dishes that can be enjoyed. Chinese too is a must try at Edesia. They serve some amazing mock tail drinks too. The mint fruit punch is really lip-smacking.
