The hotel is centrally located. Overall, I would say my experience at the hotel was fine. However, this is certainly not a “4 Star Ultra Luxury Hotel” as they have proudly mentioned in their website. The Presidential Suite PS Room - We paid 15% extra for 2 club rooms to be upgraded to 1 PS room. It's just 2 spacious bedrooms combined. There is only 1 very small TV in the entire suite. PS has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very small dining table. The AC work for 2-3 hours, and then shut-off automatically. The blackout curtains are too small. You get a lot of light at morning. The PS Balcony - The Balcony is very good, but you don't have an option to control the lights. A large amount of light during enters at night. We could not use the bigger balcony as the door was locked. Inspite of repeatedly asking the housekeeping to open the balcony door, they failed. The PS Bathrooms - They are very ordinary, but spacious. The worst part is that, the soap holder glass broke and fell off, thankfully no one was injured. The glass scattered all over, and it took the housekeeping 2 days, and 5 calls to have it completely cleaned off. There are no bathtubs. They never have ample towels. Noise Pollution - The balcony doors have huge gaps in between. It is very difficult top sleep at night, there is constant noise from the street. To top it off, there was wedding function nearby our hotel. Club Room with Balcony - The room is quite small, not as the photos advertise. The view from balcony is almost non-existent. Room Access key card - They only provide 1 key card, no matter if there are 2 or 6 guests. They are so much into cost cutting, they openly announce - "We only provide one card, otherwise people leave the AC / Water Geyser on." Water Bottles - They say complimentary drinking water in rooms. However, in our suite of 4 people, they only provided 1-2 water bottles per day. The In-Room Dining - The quality of the food was very poor. No matter what you order, you would be disappointed. Chef DHARMENDRA took care of it later, and was good. ICE BOX - Imagine a 4 star ultra luxury hotel, you order a BOX OF ICE, they charge you for that also. They charge for a half box of ice. So if you want a full box, you pay double. SPA - They only have 1 trained professional Ms Priya. She was very good. The spa manager Ms. Moni is untrained . Yet they do not inform the customer, and charge you for the same. They should deny services if untrained. Breakfast - No seats available, food takes long time, bread toasters are broken. Tea / coffee are served after 20 mins, that too cold. They only have a 3 course spread, which is very poor. Mr. RAJAT who manages the breakfast, is very incompetent. He has no idea how to handle guests. Swimming Pool - The pool is very good. But no towels near the pool, no bathrobes. No staff to help you. Front Office - I made the booking with MR. SHARAD ARORA, who I assume is the supervisor. While booking, he promised me services - day to day itinerary, car bookings, airport transfers, etc. But on arrival, he clearly ignores his words. On repeatedly asking him, he doesn't even bother to inform the guest that the bookings are not possible or not. He only mentions that he is checking, but will never get back to you. It was him who sold us the rooms, at a far higher price than I was getting at online portals, yet, a huge disappointment. Mr. SHARAD ARORA promised us a 15% discount on in-room dining. But at final settlement, he has the audacity to simply deny the discount, and say, the bill is already done. I can't help you. Only after I argued, then he agreed to give the discount, and collect cash from me, but without providing me a bill copy. Even after checkout, I yet do not have any room bill, any money receipt or anything at all. It's like they are running a street motel and not a 4 star ultra luxury hotel. Overall, this hotel is just a 2/3...

We had a terrible experience at this so-called 4-star hotel in Rishikesh. We, two families with two young girls, arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, having already informed the staff in advance about our early check-in request. However, upon arrival, the receptionist, Vivek, outright denied us access to our rooms unless we paid extra for early check-in, despite us already having paid for two nights via a travel agency.
We repeatedly requested him to let us check in and assured him that we would settle any extra charges once we got in touch with the agency. However, as it was early morning, no one was available to answer our calls. Instead of being accommodating, Vivek remained adamant and unhelpful, stating that he would only allow us in if his manager approved it. We left the property and went on road in search of another hotel still he didn't extend any help, was sitting on reception and watching us struggling . Hospitality from 4-star property like this is unbelievable. So, This left us stranded in the reception area for two hours with two kids, which was completely unacceptable.
Since we had no other option, we were forced to pay a hefty extra charge just to get access to rooms which were not our preferable rooms, by 2 pm we will be getting our actual seleted rooms. Such unprofessional and rigid behavior is highly unexpected from a property that claims to be 4-star. Hospitality is about making guests comfortable, not about forcing them to sit on reception area for 2 hours along with kids, rude behavior and paying unnecessary charges when they have already booked and paid in advance.
Overall, a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and...

Certainly! Here's a rating and review for the hotel I recently stayed at a hotel that offered an exceptional experience. The hotel is conveniently located on a main road with plenty of local shopping options nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a series of steps leading up to wide glass doors, which opened to reveal an elegant reception area with a high ceiling on the right and a restaurant on the left. Behind the reception desk, there is a lift that provides easy access to the upper floors.
The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the rooms are fair-sized with large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The dark oak furnishings give the rooms a warm and cozy feel. Each room comes equipped with a safe, working fridge, TV, and attached bathroom, tea or coffee making facility with inclusive a bottle of mineral water providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a menu featuring fresh and delicious food. The young, enthusiastic, and professional staff, including waiters and chefs, ensure a delightful dining experience.
Checking in and out was a breeze, thanks to the well-trained and helpful staff at all levels. Additionally, the hotel provides comfortable three-seater settees on all floors, offering a perfect spot to relax while your room is being cleaned or if you need a break from your room.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Finally for sun worshipers , children and swimmers has a roof top sunheated outdoor swimming pool with out door...
