FabExpress Ramanuj Cottage — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Ramanuj Cottage is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. In actual it is not a professional hotel it's a lodge/guest house which is being run in a house. The owner Rohit Kumar is totally money minded. He will charge 100% tariff before check in and then will not listen to you for any Kind of requirements. No water is available in commode, you have to flush out po**y by bucket water. Bed sheet was full of stains. Leaking washroom with diry bucket, commode and washbasin. No distance between commode and washbasin. When you sits on commode your legs will touch washbasin. Dirty kitchen you don't even want to vomit in it. Two mannerless ladies sits on the reception who will not listen to you. Poor location. No wardrobe for clothes. No parking is available. My first and last visit to any Fab hotel. Genuine comments of the hotel:- pros - Nil Cons - . No back up supply, so AC does not work when electricity trips. . TV was not working. when asked, very proudly the staff replied that their subscription is over. . Unhygienic crockery, so family with kids do not ever think of staying there. . The so called swimming pool is actually an open water storage facility. the water to the wash room is pumped from the open pool. . The wash room shower is defunct. It takes 30 mins to take bath, with the amount of water coming out from it. . And the best part is the answers given by the staff when told to solve the issues.

This place is a rip-off. The doors, The ceiling, everything seems to fall apart. The manager/owner (Kumar) is extremely rude. We were asked to pay hundred percent amount upfront.

We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights however when we reached the hotel we were only given three rooms. Towards the end of the trip when we tried to complain about some of the service received, the owner refused to listen and started making personal derogatory comments.

The pool is a joke and food tasteless. They also have a funny looking device installed in each room that looks more like a camera.
