Ganga Usha Guest House — Hotel in Uttarakhand

They don't even deserve this 1 star...I really don't wanna trust me...THIS HOTEL IS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I'VE EVER CHECKED IN MY LIFE FR....you can easily spot the cockroaches in the room, also the room is smelly too...I'm way too annoyed....the staff is the WORST, flush won't work in the washroom and it's all unhygienic, everything is just sooo unhygienic istg...beds are too uncomfortable (can't able to sleep the whole night), the bucket in the bathroom is soo untidy, so it goes for the water jar (just eww)...

They only show you rooms from their tab..and when you see the room physically the whole scenario will change...non AC is for ₹1500 & AC room is for ₹2500 or ₹2000 ...during night if the light has gone so AC will switch off.... Last but not least, at night there's not guarantee if the fan or AC is gonna work because there's not genrator and their invertor don't work if the lights gone for...

i have been to Rishikesh four times in the past four years for visits between 4 and 6 weeks each. i have stayed in many hotels and ashrams there. But now with the new updates at Ganga Usha (reliable hot showers, western toilets, and best wifi around), i now go just straight here.||||Also, Santosh, the owner has helped me arrange safaris, guided temple visits and hikes, and motor scooters, all with better results than my acquaintances who got this stuff without his help. But, unlike most of Indian tourism, he and his staff and family are all relaxed and polite, with none of the annoying , pushy obnoxiousness that is so common.||||And the location, at the edge of the jungle, 5minutes walk from Ganges River and Ram Jhula Bridge,...

It was the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen in all my three trips to India. The floor was marble. The bathroom was immaculate tile with a western toilet. It had a good, clean bed, one chair, and a small adjoining kitchen room with a sink and counter. It was spotless. And when I opened the back windows, I gazed out at the foothills of the Himalayas. ||The price was right. Krishna, the young man in charge was sweet and helpful. It was silent at night, removed from the hubbub of Laskshman Jhula on a quiet road well above the Ram Jhula Bridge.||I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Rishikesh who wants to stay in a...
