Only plus point is the proximity from haridwar railway station and bus stand. All other things are just terrible! I booked this hotel for my parents who are sr. citizens. The room which has been allotted to them at the ground floor is really cramped and blanket is so dirty that my parents are not able to use it. They have not been provided towels in the room at the time of check-in saying hotel doesn't have any at the moment and will provide in the evening!! Imagine a room is pre-booked with full payment and hotel is not prepared with room essentials!! Staff behaviour is equally poor. While my parents complained to me about the dirty blanket I asked OYO to request the hotel to change the blanket but hotel management was so arrogant that he reached to my parents room and shouted on them for raising this concern to OYO!!! This is how this hotel treat their guests. He (manager or owner not sure) also tried to drag me to a heated argument when OYO customer care executive merged the call and he (manager/ owner) was speaking to me directly. He was literally shouting on me because this complain has reached to him via OYO!! I mean whatever the equation between OYO and the hotel management has, it shouldn't be the concern of the guest!! In a nutshell, I paid all the money to get...
Read moreWorst hotel ever seen. They will switch off main switch of electricity so that you don't use AC. You will find bedbugs and cockroaches on the bed and in the bathroom and in the room. Cleanness is a big issue here. Walls and bathrooms, towels were dirty. In the end, they will take your phone to see some OTP AND RATE themself five Star, they are cheaters . If your phone with OYO app is at home then they will call you at home and force you to rate them 5 star. We booked 4 rooms. See some pictures my cousin took. I would rate zero if possible. Imagin you are sitting in toilet at 4 am and there is no water in washroom till 8 am. Imagin there is gyser but giving no hot water. Imagin your old parents getting third floor room with no lift and reception does not pick up phone and they come to ground floor with so...
Read moreWe stayed here for one night. It is currently under renovation with the from reception wide open to the road and some workers in the stairways etc during the day. It was very reasonably priced. We had a top floor room with hot water and good locks on the doors. With a family next door to us. It was also quiet up here out of the road. I had to pester them for clean towels as is often the case in more budget minded places but it was ideal for the purposes as we arrived late in the evening and had to stay the night before travelling to haridwar. Rharat restaurant round the corner has...
