Creamy Singh — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

The owner, the staff, and the atmosphere of the restaurant are the worst. I went to the store based on the reviews. It was a very hot day so I bought a lassi first and went into the restaurant. Then he got mad at me for not bringing in drinks and made me feel bad before I could order. I have been traveling in India for a long time, but this was the first time I had ever been told such a thing.

I didn't want to stay here, so I said I would take it home, but they said it would take 10 minutes, and there were about 4.5 waitstaff and zero customers. The atmosphere is terrible.

I am a paying customer, why should I feel bad?

We stumbled across this place while taking a stroll. We went in the and found ambience laid back and chill. The staff was helpful and courteous and was giving their appropriate recommendations. After tasting several flavours We went ahead with a scoop of Belgian chocolate topped with hot chocolate and nuts and other scoop was for pista badam in a waffle cone.

Both flavours had appropriate sugar and thick creamy consistency. The flavours were pronounced and we can sense the ingredients used in the prep was of top notch quality. The owner seemed like a genuine guy who was committed to serving the customers. We will definitely try more...

Worst cafe I ever visited. This noon when I visited the cafe along with my husband, I ordered for a faluda and a choco chips chocolate flavour ice cream. When I was having the icecream I found a strand of hair in faluda and a piece of plastic. I really don't know after charging Rs 90 how they can be so careless. People who are paying extra penny for the hygiene is just useless after visiting here. After coming from the cafe I am continuously vomiting and having loose motion. As I am a tourist here I recommend people to check and eat carefully while visiting this cafe. Proper hygiene and good health is an asset today. Stay safe...
