Hotel Luxor — Hotel in West Bengal

Food - Normally food quality is good , I specially liked there chicken tikka masala and fish fingers. Quantity is also good for a group of friends or family. Enough to share from. Also you have options for drinks too.

Price - Well I admit the price of foods and drinks here is a bit expensive but for food quantity is also good.

Service - Now this is what am not so sure about. Their service are not so of a professional. Fir example we had to wait and call someone to clear the table and he came and wiped it out with hands and the residues of food dropped down where we were sitting so that was a pretty bad experience. Also they were asking us to hurry for ordering although we just started to look at the menu. I think they require mush more...

Worst and most pathetic experience I had yesterday when I visited this restaurant. First of all the manager of this hotel should teach some basic manners to his staff so that the customers can expect basic hospitality. Staff's behaviour is very rude. They are not able to handle large amounts of people at once. Create chaos in many instances. I have ordered mixed fried rice and chicken hot and garlic. One for take away and other one for serve on the table. But God knows why they provide 2 parcels, with a very small quantity (like a half plate)of mixed fried rice. Checked in on 23rd June 2023. 1st room (402) I got was with a faulty charging point and a room without a night lamp after complaining they shifted me to room 401 and that experience was horrible. The room was full of insects (it was roaming everywhere), the video clip is attached. After complaining they didn't even come to my room instead they said "we don't have any active employees now, I think you have charged your mobile so now you shift to the previous 402 room". I'm going to file a legal case against Hotel Luxor soon. I totally don't recommend this hotel.
