Highly disappointed with the behavior today. I think they have started providing "lectures on manners" as a side dish with Pizza.
I visit this place frequently. But today's experience was somewhat way too bitter that, it made me re-rate and re-review this place.
Today, I went there with an almost finished "coca-cola" bottle, unaware about their restaurant policy as they have not put any policy guidelines regarding "out side food not allowed". The Host instead of simply telling me "Out side drinks/food not allowed" he comes and tells me "THIS IS NOT GOOD MANNERS PUT THE BOTTLE INSIDE THE BAG"(P.S :with a tone). I mean seriously??? You can school me about manners?? What did I do wrong?? Did you put any guidelines? You did not. Then why all this rudeness? I go there to have good food and good time, not to have lectures on "manners" . He needs to upgrade his "vocabulary" Cuz I didn't do anything that violate "mannerisms". If u had told me the bottle is not allowed I would have discarded it, but instead doing that you're talking about manners??
Just think about I had just reached there and not even sat on the chair comfortably and the host comes and tells me my manners are not good! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
Just by "Speaking in English" one cannot justify that whatever he is saying is right or acceptable. Be polite to your customers, you are in the "hospitality business". That doesn't suit a restaurant that aspire to become better in the town.
Well, Whatever promotion I had given you through my Page on social media, and the recommendations I had given to my friends I am forced to withdraw all of it for your rudeness and inhospitality. One more thing "UPGRADE YOUR...
Read moreI recently visited this cafe in Durgapur to try their shawarma, and I must say, I was quite disappointed. As someone who loves Hyderabadi Shawarma, which is known for its delicious garlic sauce and crispy, juicy roasted chicken that's marinated overnight and slowly grilled, I had high expectations.
The behavior of the staff was commendable; despite our visit at around 1:30 PM during heavy rain when no one else was in the cafe, they specially created the shawarma for us, which took more than 20 minutes. However, the shawarma itself did not meet my expectations. Instead of the traditional garlic sauce, they used regular mayonnaise, and the filling included fried onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. These additions took away from the authentic shawarma experience.
While the plating was impressive and aesthetically pleasing, the taste was lacking. Moreover, I was not satisfied with the billing. Two shawarmas cost us 298 INR (150 INR per shawarma), which I felt was not justified given the taste. In Hyderabad, you can get an awesome shawarma starting at just 100 INR, which would be more filling and flavorful.
If you're a shawarma enthusiast looking for that genuine taste, you might want to...

The girl name Tanushree was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Also the pizza's are best than others..
The food was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered some dishes like Chicken biriyani, Spaghettie Chicken Alfredo, and both were cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and bold, and the presentation was stunning. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite.
The atmosphere was cool and inviting, with a cozy open air ambiance that made us feel very nostalgic. The attention to detail was impressive, from the crisp linens to the elegant decor.
In short,Marga -Rita is a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We can't wait to return and experience...
