Kohinoor Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

I am writing to express my disappointment with the dining experience at Kohinoor Restaurant, City Center, on 12th March.

I ordered 2 plates of chicken biryani, but unfortunately, the food was of very poor quality with a horrible taste. Despite taking only 2–3 bites, the food was inedible. We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager/owner and provided feedback regarding the issue.

The response we received was highly unprofessional. The manager mentioned he was fasting and would check the food quality after Iftaar, but no follow-up or resolution was offered. We were still charged for the meal, which felt extremely unfair given the circumstances.we paid through upi 340/- ,9*476. If you read this u can refund on this UPI....

We regret choosing your restaurant and hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your food quality and customer service. We would appreciate a response or an appropriate resolution...

First of all , i love biriyani and secondly for that reason i love kohinoor, their biriyani is non sticky, less oil and masala, lazizdar authentic biriyani smell, pocket friendly pricing , and satisfactory tummy.

Love their biriyani and kathi roll Kohinoor is like another home for every food lover student of Durgapur...

Yesterday i visited Dgp after 4 years of gap, but i havnt forget to taste that aawesome biriyani, obviously mutton one 😉

I am taking about the City center branch which is near Bonolota Restaurant I advice and request you all to never ever visit this Restaurant. Only visit this if you want to eat rotten food . Food may be sometimes not tastes as tasty as other day but owner and staff behaviour is worse . I will never visit this branch again and I advice you all also to not visit. Food quality may not be consistent but...
