I had the pleasure of trying out a three-tier customised Rasmalai cake by Hestia Bakehouse recently and I must say, it was absolutely divine! From the moment I laid eyes on the cake, I was blown away by the stunning design. The cake was three tiered and had a beautiful ombre effect with shades of pink and white, which gave it an elegant and sophisticated look. The top tier was adorned with golden balls, which added a touch of glamour to the cake. The fondant pink roses and leaves were expertly crafted and looked almost too pretty to eat. The gold drip, edible pearls, and gold leaf further enhanced the beauty of the cake, making it a true piece of art.

The flavour of the cake was equally impressive. The Rasmalai flavour was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness that added an extra layer of depth to the cake. Each layer was moist and fluffy, and the cream cheese frosting was smooth and creamy, making it the perfect complement to the flavourful cake.

What impressed me the most was the level of detail and care that Hestia Bakehouse put into every aspect of the cake. From the design to the flavour, everything was executed flawlessly according to our wishes, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in their work. Not only did it look and taste amazing, but the team also ensured that the cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Each bite was a heavenly experience and I cannot thank them enough. Overall, I would highly recommend Hestia Bakehouse for anyone looking for a customised cake that looks as good as it tastes. The quality of their work is truly exceptional, and I can't wait to order from them again...

By far the best bakery in Durgapur! Hestia is this really cute bake house that has started back before the lockdown to rescue all Durgapur tastebuds when it came to cakes and bread!

They offer multiple options: - cakes - preorder for customised cakes and they always have a couple of ready to pick up ones that are just as fresh and tasty. Brownies - love their chocolate brownies with nuts - they’re generous with both chocolate and nuts! pastries - the Swiss chocolate slab and other pastries can make you swoon! donuts - filled donuts with chocolate oozing all over muffins - blueberry, chocolate and double chocolate flavours so yummmm

The highlight - their bread! Oh it’s freshly baked, step into the bakery around 5-6 evening to catch the mouth watering smell. Their varieties are: Simple baked bread Multigrain bread Brown bread Chocolate babka

They also have some excellent savoury options: puffs, garlic bread, tandoori chicken puff, barbecue chicken burger, cheesy chicken puff, veg puff for evening snacks or just a palate cleanser between the sweets :P

Bonus tip: there’s a couple of seats to grab a coffee, order a brownie and just chill at the bakery itself. Note: popular ice creams can be found here too, in case the sweetness needs a cooling...

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the stunning chocolate cake you created for us. Once again, you have outdone yourselves, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

The quality, taste, and finish were impeccable, as always, but what truly stood out this time was the beautifully crafted lettering on the icing. The name was written with such elegance; the font choice, colour, and overall design were not only perfect but simple and incredibly eye-catching. The hand-crafted details were flawless, and the consistency of the lettering around the cake made it appear almost machine-perfect, adding that special touch that made the cake even more memorable.
