The Pride Biznotel Canopus . Well ,I had a beautiful and pleasant stay right here . I was here on the weekend from 25.05.23 to 27.05.23 . The room was big enough , zero noise and specious for a couple and also well decorated . They provided us everything with delicacy.

You will have 24×7 room service. And those service providers are really nice . They are well behaved and polite . Each and every hotel staff was very well behaved and polite.

I've no other words to say . Ohh you guys can enjoy their in house restaurant. I ordered chicken 65 which was amazing . But restaurant was a bit expensive in my opinion. Also they serve alcoholic beverages and hookah inside of the pool area .

Hotel is okay. Room is good. But service? Horrible! Service boys literally tries to forcefully enter the room. Whenever we tried to order something they came to assure it over 5-6 times and it was irritable. This hotel didn't allow the outside food but if you don't order food from their in-house service then neither do they provide you with any extra mininal amenities like plates or glass nor do they care for it. Rather they charge for these trivial matters. Like seriously. What is the meaning of this word that an extra plate will cost you 200 rupees? What is this?! And they told us that pool was accessible until 9 p.m, but loud music was still being played near the pool area around 12 a.m and it was impossible for a family to stay and sleep in peace. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM – a perfectly reasonable time – but check-in took nearly 45 minutes. The front desk staff seemed distracted, chatting among themselves and attending to others in between. I had added room decoration while booking through their website, but despite calling many times for follow-up, no one answered. There was loud music playing throughout the day, which made it hard to relax. Though our booking included complimentary snacks from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, the restaurant staff insisted it was from 6 to 7, and even then it took 45 minutes to serve them. While the food quality was good, service was slow.
