Capital O 72129 Arun International — Hotel in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

Well i spend many times in any hotel in India but this was really a very special experience.The management is not able to manage the hotel directly or even the guests.The rate for the room was too much, by so many negative points in the room.It started in the bathroom.The water box of the toilett wasnt working.The shower head was full of rust and even calcified.The main room was big but even also defected by dry watermarks by it walls and even also black mold....I dnt know but black mold is very risky for everyones health !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the curtins were dirty...and the bed was only fixed by pillow and 2 normaly bed sheets one was for covering.The inspection of the air conditioner was ok so far.The sofa was even old and looked very used by view.The guys were not able to handle us .....we dnt get any towel or any tissue paper even after many requests.It felt that the hotel likes to earn money easyly without to do anything.Even the front desk wasnt like a front desk ....guys were mostly sitting...the entrance wasnt nice by colors it became in darkness....You have to take your food next by the hotel by another hotel.Wifi was only avalible via sms to a server.....I felt not comfortable and not cared ...sorry but next time i like to chose another one !!!! So people nobody has to get the right to sleep by such kind of risky conditions...its your health which can be effected even by few hours by such kind of rooms...I wish only that the management likes to keep such kind of things under control...coz such kind of hotel dont earn the name of internationaal / international..if i like to provide such kind of international hotel i have to use also international minds to get also understanding for foreigners and even how to run a hotel by a...

Please Don't choose this worst hotel for stay. I'm from Mumbai and choose this hotel through Oyo. I don't know why they called this hotel as International?

Pros: It's very near to Koyembed bus terminal.

Cons: Worst hospitalization. The room always smell as bad. dirty bed and pillow Worst toilet - toilet flush was not working. Tv not working Very salty water (Drinking water also) They charge 2800 for one night - not worth. In reception the lady behavior was very bad. Always speak with rude mind.

Was on an official trip, wanted to stay closer to the bus station since i was traveling by bus. Complimentary breakfast is a joke, they would ask you to go to the hotel next door where you get to choose between idli and dosa. Its very close to the bus station and also on the main road. Rooms are not very good, but spacious. The pictures of the rooms on their website are good but not in reality. There is no proper lighting and there is virtually no reception area.
