KFC — Restaurant in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

My recent visit to KFC at Koyambedu was a culinary disaster and an overall dreadful experience. I can't emphasize enough just how awful it was.

From the moment I walked in, I sensed trouble. The restaurant's atmosphere was anything but inviting; it felt dingy and unclean. Tables were sticky, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired.

The staff didn't help matters either. They were uninterested and inattentive. It took an eternity to place my order, only to receive it in a state of utter disarray. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and lacked any flavor. It was as if they had drained all the taste out of it deliberately. The fries were no better – cold, limp, and entirely unappetizing.

To top it all off, my disappointment reached its peak when I discovered a hair in my meal. It was not only disgusting but also unacceptable. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they displayed complete apathy, showing no concern for my experience or safety.

In summary, my visit to KFC was an unmitigated disaster. I strongly advise against dining there. The abysmal food quality, lackluster service, and overall uncleanliness make it a place I'll never set...

Yesterday I visited the Koyambedu branch before 9:45pm , after selecting the food I try to pay card payment mode is not working, after that I went to the Cash counter and pay cash mode what are the food I select is not available in cash counter Bill system, so I try to pay the self order screen system one girl came and switch off the system so I try another system also she switched off infront of me, I would like to order combo, but not available in counter Bill, I speak with manager he told if not available for combo in counter bill , manager said wherever you go and complaint nothing to happen, we can do the service now Note 1.They are switched off the system infront of me and said lie system issue In kfc bill counter not available for kfc combo offers Worst customer service If u want to clarify check the camera on...

Nice little place. Wish the aircon was a bit better.

Updating after 1 year: This franchise has definitely seen better days. The ambiance is pretty run down with dirty and scratched tables. The aircon has gone from bad to worse. Looks like they didn't put any efforts in improving it in the last 1 year. The drink vending machine is broke and they are serving Pepsi only as loose. Was promised something and they tried to act smart while serving it. I had to escalate to the manager who promptly solved it though. But still the franchise should seriously think about investing and renovating this run down place. This is the 5th KFC I'm trying in town over the past 6 months. All 5 of these KFCs in Chennai that I went to, are having one or other issues. Very sad especially when compared with the ones...
