Aasife Biriyani - Chennai Koyembedu — Restaurant in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

I ordered biryani, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The biryani itself was overly spicy yet completely lacking in flavor—an odd mix of heat without any real taste. To make matters worse, the bread halwa that came along with it was spoiled/contaminated.

Serving food in such a condition is unacceptable. At the very least, customers should not be given spoiled items, as this raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety standards. It’s not just about taste anymore, but about basic responsibility toward the people who are paying and trusting them with their meals.

Overall, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. If there were an option, I would rate the food zero stars for what was served...

I went here by seeing google reviews only , ordered 2 egg biriyani and 1 chicken 65 boneless , i was there by 12.20 pm , told chicken 65 will get late , now only we will be cooking it , so I waited then after 15 minutes I received my order , I took parcel only , i thought they cooked chicken 65 freshly , but when I came home to eat it was very hard to bite , by 1 pm we started to eat , I went to home from there by 12.35 pm , within 25 minutes how it can be like that very hard and tasteless ? They told now only we are going to cook , moreover biriyani tasted like nothing , no salt , no spicy , nothing, very disappointed, even parotta can be biten easily compared to this hotel chicken...

Food is good ambiance good and the customer service is very very bad in my carrier this is the first time am facing this type of service in small shops they are providing best service . We are waiting for food for 40 mins no one cares about our hungry. Your service team one off the worst and they are all seeing who is a hi-fi customer and then providing the service. Please give them some training to good service . This is a last visit for me and friend from this hotel and i planed to Invite my family on coming Sunday but the service not fulfill me. taste and ambiance are secondary please make sure about...
