I had a great stay at this hotel 1)we got there at 2 am still they opened it for us with friendly faces actually from outside it looks a bit dull but inside was very nice 2)we are 2 girls stayed here so it's completely safe for women solo travelers 3)staff are really good they welcome us with friendly faces 4)clean bathrooms, good ac ,nice pillows , bedsheets are so clean,tv working,1 cupboard is there its enough to store , bathroom was damn good it's exactly like in pictures ,hot water available,near to central station,room service is available, dustbins available, wifi was also working good,noise free,no mosquitoes,no bed bugs,...........etc., 5)it's better to use uber to reach any location because local auto driver charges double rate but the problem is they are not exactly picking at live location we need to walk 100m to hotel City Central but it's uber mistake I am just saying so that you will know it 6)they are speaking Hindi English so no problem with language Finally I felt very safe you all can go for it without thinking believe me it's very nice stay I loved it actually I am here for documents verification so it's not a paid review I am writing this whole heartedly..... 7)food deliveries are available and you can order.... I liked dosa and chutney very...

Booked a room here in July,2022 , room was very clean and well maintained, while checking in the service was very good, but while vacating the room, male receptionist ( i don't know his name) he was enquiring me that " 1 water glass was missing in my room and he gave me a look as if I spent 3000rs for overall trip from Mysore to Chennai to steal that glass" , I had an important event in Chennai and that was my first time to that city, but the way this lodge receptionist behaved still irritates me. I told him that he can check my bag, but he refused. I really suspect him and the guy who is incharge of room security. Best lodge with worst employees, will never book again there.

My response to this reply : I didn't broke anything in the room, while I was going out, maintanence guy asked for my room key, he said the bathrooms shower head has to be replaced so I gave him my key because I didn't had any luggage in room , so I trusted them and gave the key, but while vacating the room they asked me for missing drinking glass, and I said " I have no idea what you are talking about, ask your maintanence guy "..and the male receptionist didn't ask that guy, he simply tried to blame me..but I was pretty sure about my point...so I paid the room...
