Hotel Maharajay — Hotel in Zone 7 Ambattur

First of all they are having early check in and late check out at a reasonably structured additional fare. The cleanliness around the rooms, shelves, beds, corridors and lobby are maintained very neat and tidy. The main thing I loved is the bed, its so cozy enough to make you forget that you are here business trip and guess what you'll hit the snooze button for sure. A/C worked fine. Water supply went well. We stayed in this hotel room for 2days. Rooms are good. Interior design is good. Staff are polite and helpful. We had booked 4 rooms. But, In one of the room there was no soap dish and stool in the bathroom, we requested them twice. But they didn't provide. Very bad reception, told me that the rates which I have booked by goibibo was not enough...asked me to talk to go ibibo staff which took 1 hour for me to get the room.....not very courteous....very rude...the next day the owner was much polite....the should be clear and give instructions to Oyo rooms for the right price Instead of making the customers wait and irritate them that too at 10pm...
