Sharjah Juice & Snacks — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hi people, This is especially for the public who are in this surrounding (Collector Nagar, Mogappair East), I just encountered the worst service ever from this shop. First of all I’m a regular customer to this shop. Today, I ordered a special sharjah milkshake, after 10 minutes I received it, and started to take a sip, to my shock I felt a solid thing in my mouth which I spat it out, when I checked, it was like a tiny rock, when I asked the same to the worker, he said it's dates seed. I informed him that if I get the same thing in my mouth again, you have to replace it with another milkshake. He said it's just a seed and the attitude he showed was very bad. I continued to drink my juice and before my last sip, again i got few other tiny solid things, which I thought it’s just a seed. When I was about to pay for my special Sharjah milkshake, I requested that guy who was in the counter (date : 25.08.2025 around 21:05 PM) to not do this mistake again to me or to anyone else who comes to this shop and asked him to be more careful. To my surprise, without accepting it, he was just saying it’s not at all a mistake, it will happen at times he was casually telling me. He was constantly telling me that it’s not at all a mistake and asked me to complaint wherever I want. The attitude which he gives to me, as a customer I felt very bad, and it was very bad and was threatening. He treats a customer like a illiterate person that customers should not raise up their voice. I said him that I came to shop and drank the same milkshake yesterday and I didn’t overcome anything like this. The argument went up to 5-8 minutes, he never listened to what the customer is trying to say instead he kept on arguing in a rude manner saying it will happen like this and it's not at all a mistake and he said every time the seed will be there in this milkshake, where he himself accepts that they don’t carry good quality foods in their shop and say it happens at times, which is not at all accepted under the food business and it comes under “ Unfair Trade Practice “ of law. There were about 4 workers in the shop. After this mess what I went through I just ask everyone out there to be very careful before entering into this shop, I still don’t know what was that solid thing, if this type of stubborned service goes on, it leads to health...
