Ganga Pure Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Dine out with my family. Had 2 sets of idly which were tender soft and tasty 😋 to have along with Sambar and Chutneys provided. Plain Dosa was good to have though not so crispy like roast. Coffee ☕ was good and refreshing as it's been for years @ Ganga restaurants. The rates are fair and quite reasonable for the quality and the quantity of food served. They have both AC and Non AC dining service areas available and there are more tables available, so it can accommodate more people. The service was prompt and courteous. A few vehicles up to 4-6 cars can be parked in front of the restaurant. This restaurant is ideal option for common veg lovers and for a quick dine out with family or friends....

Visited this restaurant once with family for lunch. Service wasn't good in the AC dining hall which isn't self-service. Was a bit crowded but as tables were getting free, staff were slow to make it ready for new customers. The staff needs some training in handling customer as one immigrant waiter didn't understand what we spoke properly and delivered different item and did something nobody does in the food and hospitality industry which is use his own hands and take a food from the plate of a customer, after we accepted the misplaced item and informed the staff just for awareness! That was very so weird! Other local staffs were also pretty slow and lazy and not enthusiastic in...

As of July 2023:The Ganga Veg Hotel(Mogappair-collector nagar) used to be one of the BEST & affordable quality foods in the area..but now it has lost all its charm after the new changes..

They kept increasing price of many items by 10-20Rs every 4 months.

The Cost of most evening fastfood(paneer/musroom fried rice/noodles) was like 140 or something..Suddenly after the hotel restructure(New Ac Hall/Divider tables/no more self service.).. all items are now priced in the Rs220+ which is TOO MUCH.

All items have become very expensive and the worst thing of all is that they REMOVED COMBO 5(was 140rs for fried rice+noodles+ cauliflower fry+panner masala+roti). Now it may cost...
