AL-ZAMAN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This shop concentrates mainly on online orders. And the prices are high in zomato. My review is just 20 rupees worth. I used to buy only chicken masala combo from this shop. One sunday i asked for mutton masala combo 199/- (including 2 barotta Or 2 chappathi, 1 cooldrink), the shopkeeper told that combo is not available and i have to pay 180/- for mutton masala/gravy alone, then I asked him for 3 barottas(30/-). He should charge me 210/-(for gravy and barrota, without cool drink, but he asked for 220/- say that 10/- was charged for parcel. 😕 So for combo pack worth 199/-, I was charged 220/-, Here the shopkeeper has the gravy, barotta and with him, but he said the combo is not available. I think he would have said that, since it was a sunday, Or because of my casual attire. I knew I was cheated, but I didn't want to create scene at the shop. The shopkeeper should be more generous, so that he won't loose customers...

Hi guys, one of the best services in the world I can literally say is Alzam. I faced a small issue last night when I ordered food from Zomato and a few items were missing. When I reached out to Zomato, they said the shop had given me everything and closed the ticket without proper investigation. Later, I contacted the shop and the owner apologized, even without knowing if the mistake was theirs or not. They further investigated and followed up to provide the best solution. This is the kind of service you will never get from any other restaurant in Chennai. This is how they gained a regular customer. Thank you so much to Anifa and the owner for the follow-up. I will recommend your shop as the first priority for future orders to my friends

Visited multiple times. Cheap and best, value for money. Tried their chicken briyaaani, barota, Chicken Fried rice, Egg fried rice, Grill chicken, Thanthoori chicken, etc. All the dishes taste very nice. The best thing is, if we went to shop and ordered a barota, they serves the gravy with chicken pieces but charged only barota's cost only.
