Hotel Grand Galaxy — Hotel in Zone 9 Teynampet

I had booked room in this hotel through Make my trip & had made full payment upfront, since we were travelling from Bangalore we had informed the hotel manager that we would be checking in late & he said ok, so we reached the hotel at night 2.30am, the guy in the reception was so involved in his sleep that when we asked him for the room he said no room is booked all rooms are full, even when we said that we hve booked through Make my trip & made the payment also, he said u hve mistaken with the hotel name, then we told him that we hve spoken to some one from this hotel he was not willing to listen & he was literally irritated by our untimely interruption for his sleep, when we tried to call the guy we spoke to he was not picking the call, luckily his name was displayed in True caller, when we mentioned his name he came to his sense & gave...

rooms are so-so. some electrical switches were malfunctional. and there was an army of tiny to small cockroaches. I had to buy two cans of baygon-spray and declared war against the pests but then I could not enter the room for an hour since I had to spray so much amount of pest killar that the smell became unbearable. and the staff clearly denied the very existence of any pest in their hotel...
