Closed prop — Hotel in Bandung City

I stayed at this hotel near end of April recently and it was a terrible experience. I booked through Redoorz since I never tried them I thought why not. I arrived got my room and first I notice was how dirty the room was. It was open built in open air window to the outside high up near the AC and the place was full of mosquitoes uuurrrgghhh. The linen had clearly not been changed and I refuse to sleep in the bed until it was changed. The linen was dirt and you can tell someone or couple recently used it. No hot water and no bottled water was in the room. I had to ask for it and I was charged for it initially then the next day they left 2 more bottles. This hotel is not far from Cihemplas walk or CIWalk. This is a real budget hotel just too dirty and staff doesn't realize this until you point it out or they act oblivious to it. ||I will say when I complained how filthy the bed was someone from Redoorz did come see me but why did I have to ask for clean linen when they guaranteed||it in the...

The point plus of this hostel is spacious and the towel laundried well. But just that. It wasn’t any facilities support. There’s deposit 50k. The cups were dirty, maybe it wasn’t washed. No water heater for hot water. No tv channel. No wi fi. AC auto turn off, althought i turn off the timer. The air smelly. The bedsheet n pillow dirty, also the bathroom smelly n dirty. When i complaint about the pillow case n wanna change it, the women receptionist not help, she told for changing pillow or any other not available, but if you really want, it’s available next morning, early in the morning. Booked a room for 99k IDR. I got superior room, which has 1 guest room, bedroom and bathroom. The hot water was run out at night, so i had to choose to get ice cold water or cold water(which is supposed to be hot). The rooms looks clean, the AC worked fine, the TV connection was clear and i got a bathtub in the bathroom. They provided 2 bottles of water and a standard amenities. It would be great if they replace the linen and the pillow with a new one. Maybe it was clean, but the color was not as white clean as we see it the website. So i decided to sleep on...
