M Premiere Hotel Bandung — Hotel in Bandung City

We arrived right at the 2 p.m. check in and were stuck waiting an hour for them to finish our room. That was not nearly as big a deal as the other issues with this hotel.

The seats and the floor in the restaurant were filthy. The food had hair in it during one morning's breakfast. The food is decent, but the selection is limited at best.

The restaurant food is very reasonably priced, but many things were unavailable.

The room was terrible. The furniture was peeling and missing large sections on some items (see pictures). This was marketed as a "family suite," but the bathroom had a glass wall with a translucent effect so you could see the person as they used the bathroom. Definitely not family friendly.

The overhead shower sprayed everywhere but downward due to calcium buildup. The hot water went from scalding hot to ice cold.

The wi-fi blinked in and out, and I had to keep changing between three access points in the hotel to keep signal.

The towels were nice and new, though, so there is one positive.

Booked the family suite which comes with 2 queen size beds, sofa, rain shower, complimentary minibar. Quite spacious for me and my friend, only no rack to place your luggage. Friends who booked the deluxe room had space to place luggage, but the bathroom was different and no sofa/minibar.||||Breakfast was ok, can explore the cafes outside hotel. The location is just 2min walk from main road, so it's quieter and less traffic noises at night. 5min walk to supermarket and some eateries. But maybe not recommended for single female travellers as the small lane can be rather quiet at times, and not very well lit, with no footpath.||||Staff were friendly, but spoke very basic English. The location is central to shopping and cafes yet it in a quiet area, The rooms clean with many TV channels and programmes. The buffet Breakfast had a reasonable variety of local and western with egg counter.I had an early check out and the hotel staff was very accommodating, offered to pack breakfast and delivered to room at 5.30 am. They have gone an extra mile .. to wow guest, i had nasi goreng with three meats and cut fruits with a bottle drink. The free wifi in hotel is difficult to log in and with a portable wifi unit I was still unable to get into indonesian telco network. I will recommend to stay in this hotel as room rates and...
