We stayed in the Ari Putri hotel for 4 nights during our vacation to Bali. We booked two twin beds. And they lived up to our expectations. The rooms were neat and spacious. They do provide coffee and tea at room. Free WiFi and it’s pretty good not like the namesake ones. Everyday they cleaned the rest rooms and folded our beds. The restrooms were clean and spacious. It has bath tub as well as shower provisions. The hotel has pool inside and restaurant below. Their price is nominal. And they don’t charge extra room service. You can also get coffee tea and pastries in their coffee tea bar. They also have spa but I didn’t had time to use it. They do provide breakfast and I should say it’s the best part. They don’t just serve toast in the name of breakfast. They do serve an entire feast - waffles and pancakes with variety of toppings, egg in whatever method you ask them to cook, sausage, French toast, fried rice, potato mashed, variety of cereals and shopping, bread - white and brown with variety of spreads, cut fruits - melons, mandarin and cut veggies - tomatoes, onions cucumber lettuce. They also serve two kind is juices, coffee, tea, mineral water, infused water, hot chocolate, milk and chocolate milk. We never skipped breakfast as it was yummy. The kitchen is neat and their breakfast area is too good with indoor and out door tables. They do provide cab service for your sight seeing. We booked ours in the hotel and our guide jaffna was really helpful. He explained us history and never disturbed us like other guides to pay the parking fees or buy him food. He was very polite and respectful. He speaks and understands English. We paid $50 per day. We stayed for 4 nights and the entire bill was 3,400,000 rupiah which is around $242 for 4 nights in a very decent hotel with breakfast. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived around 11 pm, checked in and as soon as we entered the room we felt a very strong smell of cigarettes and mold, we complained and changed rooms, but the second one was worse than the first, so we were called at reception and we they said that they only had these options, but we realized that the hotel had a lot of vacancies and we asked if there was another one, the receptionist said no and started to give us our money back, detail... it was already after midnight, it was raining and we were with a 1 year and 11 month old baby who was super tired, we said that we couldn't go out at dawn, in the rain and with a baby, and he just did little, without any common sense and notion! Our "lucky" is that there was an employee helping us with the bags and at a certain moment my wife pointed to him, saying that he also felt the bad smell, until this guy confirmed in their language everything we were saying and surprisingly we they offered a better room... But if it weren't for our insistence, we would have stayed on the street, in the rain and with our baby at dawn, amazing! The hotel is beautiful but for this experience I don't recommend it to anyone, it's really traumatizing... look for another one, because there are countless hotels that I believe care about their guests, we only insisted because we had nowhere to go in that condition. The fact happened on the night of 09/14/2022 with a couple and a baby aged 1 year and 11 months.

We had a fantastic stay here, 2 nights (Myself and my toddler). 2 pools that were both fresh and clean. Buffet style breakfast with enough options to choose something to eat. My toddler liked the fruit options and waffles. 1 night we ordered food from the restaurant to eat in our room as we were exhausted - food arrived hot and was tasty. Our room had a balcony over looking the swimming pool. Bed was clean and fresh as well as comfy. Also equipped with a fridge. Air con worked great. The only down side for the room was the bathroom had a rather yucky smell from the drains - but kept the door closed, so it didn't bother us. Staff were super helpful, friendly and the reception staff went above and beyond to help me out with some things. Would definitely stay again

Currently on our fourth of five days here and have just discovered the second pool! Main pool is nice and large with shallow area for children. Adequate sun lounges once you remove the towels left by rude people when they go away for hours. Wearing down physically but Bali is very quiet. The cleaner is meticulous and so lovely. The gardens and lighting are gorgeous and the architecture shows that this would have been a grand building in her younger days. Breakfast is served in another beautiful area on first floor. Egg station, discovered pancake station this morning. Three covered containers of different hot foods each morning. Really intruiging cereal assortment and fresh fruit. Coffee is nice. You can eat inside a beautiful carved wooden interior or on the balcony/ verandah overlooking pool. Restaurant at front of hotel has well priced food. Sometimes live music. Served at Bali pace. Another building with soul. Bed is comfortable, two pillows each, safe in room, good restaurants and shopping nearby. Rented a bicycle this morning for 50,000R for two bikes for half a day and rode along beach front which is only an interesting ten minute walk away. Please remember to call in to Maria Spa and Beauty, heading up to Blue Cafe When I arrived, I was virtually immobilised with pain from a back injury. These beautiful young women cared for me until they felt I needed physio intervention. Beautiful Puspha took me on her motorbike to the physio and stayed with me while he treated me, then brought me home. I am sure she did not need this extra work on top of her 12 hour day!!! I am so grateful for this spa's caring, skills and great prices. Nothing is too much bother for front desk staff. Yes, new linen would be welcome but it is scrupulously clean. As I said, Bali tourism currently is slow and people are hurting from the drop in tourists with worry over Mt Agung. We are actually hoping the volcano erupts while we are here so we can stay longer in this paradise. The people have diminished income yet remain proud, trustworthy and stoic. Come to Ari Putri for laid back relaxation and closeness to great facilities. It is...
