Little Tree House — Hotel in Denpasar Selatan

Wow!!! We loved the little tree house from the first second 💚💙💜💛🧡 really!! We felt so comfortable and safe. Komang is so sweet, she always wanted that everything is perfect for us (f.e.if cleaning or new towels are needed) You can ask for help, we rent some scooters with helmets and doing laundry.

We had a complete apartment in the location with a nice open living room including a small kitchen. The sleeping room was a small house with TV, AC. 2 big windows let the light in. The bed was really cosy with nice colorful bedding set. The house and decoration was made from natural material, feels very originally. I love this style 🥰 The bathroom is also nice, it has a starlight shower and warm water (if needed)

The whole place is lovely decorated with lots of flowers and plants, we felt like we are in a small paradise for the moment. There's a pool as well, it's shared but we could use it when we want.

Komang is very very good in doing massage. For me it was the best on Bali. Perfekt relaxing in the living room getting a massage after an exhausting activity day.

During nighttime there is a security, who have a look over the place. Very safe.

We also loved the cute Cat, she was so friendly and cuddly. Everytime when we arrived, she said hello 👋 (meow) 🥰 so cute.

Little tree house is located near the center of Sanur, there are several shops, bars and restaurants and for sure the beach. But better reach with scooter.

I would love to come back, we had such good 6 nights in little tree...

It's a fun stay if you are easy going. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with some minor quirks:

The bathroom was private but completely open air. Outside shower, outside toilet, outside sink with a wall around it so nobody can see in. (Some mosquitos got attracted by the lights at night).

The doors are traditional Bali style so there are no locks on the inside, only wooden deadbolts. On the outside of the room door there was a place to padlock them so the room was secure when guests were away. There were also small gaps between the wooden halves of the doors which let some bugs in.

A small and cute gecko was hanging out on our ceiling and we could not get it down but it did not bother us.

The location is OK, it's close to the beach bit the beach was not nice especially at low tide. It was too shallow to swim and not very clean. There are some good warungs nearby, e.g. Warung Baby Monkey and some nice beach bars.

Added benefit of the accommodation was the scooter hire if you want to get around...

Great location in the southern quiet corner of Sanur, as it’s in a dead end street you do need to loop out to get to the beach but it’s only 7 min walk or so… some areas we were the only Westerners. We stayed in the room with its own private garden area/sun chair/outdoor bathroom/kitchen with reasonable price stocked mini bar which was perfect as the area was very large.

We had 3 nights in unseasonal rain and it definitely is a problem the leaking thatch roof and a large tarp was over one area of the building. I placed plastic lids where rain was leaking directly into power outlets and lighting in the kitchen area.

Breakfast is available on request however I recommend you order the night prior as I waited 1-1.5hrs for a mie goreng and two fried eggs even though first to arrive, after no sleep from a late flight. Pre order no problem. Great communication on whatsapp if any problem. All round a...
