Pandawa Restaurant — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

We went to the Seafood buffet they had one evening. We were looking forward to this as they advertised at Jimbaran seafood. When we went the staff did not know how to speak English properly. The food had flies on it and was not covered. Raw seafood was placed close to the cooked food and flies on raw food was going on cooked food. The seafood we got was uncooked or some over cooked. When we asked for new dessert from the Kitchen as we said flies had been on the one in the buffet they said they had no dessert left in the Kitchen. To make matters worse the restaurant had stray cats and dogs walking through the table and we ended up leaving as we felt the Hygiene was not good. When I bought this up to the Manager he said they due to Monsoon season the flies is high and only had one staff member to chase flies away instead of just covering the food. He offered breakfast as compensation and we refused as was worried about the hygiene in...

Oh boy. Went here for breakfast (not staying there, just Accor members wanting a buffet brekkie) so headed here today with the kids. I don't know what happened with this place, maybe half the people called in sick or people couldn't be bothered today but it was terrible.

None of their 3 coffee machines were working, we had to clean our own table and find cutlery so we could sit down, then we proceeded to stand in queues for the next hour.

5mins in the queue for coffee (once the machines were working), 15 mins for fried eggs, only to be told that they were out of bacon (they only have gross beef bacon) 10mins for toast, another 5min for pancakes....

My gosh, we came for lunch here as Accor Members, wow Staff inexperienced, we sled for 2 Espresso Martini’s and they came out weak as with no flavour, I sent them back and then asked for the bottle of French Rose sorry we don’t have that, then asked for a scotch & soda, sorry we have no soda only mineral water, wow I ended up having nothing to drink, lucky I bought a bottle of water with me, look at the photo of the popcorn chicken, say no more disgusting will never...
