When we first arrived the owner seemed nice but by just walking through the gate it all went down hill. It was not easy getting our luggage to the house. On the path you walk by an abandoned looking swimming pool and construction materials everywhere.

When the owner opened the door for us it looked like it was going to fall off. The door from the outside was locked with just a padlock, still leaving a big gap for the rat roommates. While walking around on the wooden floor you could feel the frame underneath and also the places where the floor would bend down.

At first glance the beds looked alright. With a closer look you could see the dirty long hairs, dust and lots of big stains. We thought it was a mistake and just asked for clean one's. We waited 50 minutes just to get semi clean sheets, again with hairs and stains.

Upon checking out the bathroom I just had to laugh. It's just unusable. Mold everywhere. Big brown stains in the bath and sink.

Stay away...

My stay at this hotel was good. The owner, Putu, was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and Putu had even ordered some food for me since I hadn’t eaten yet. The atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful plants. My bungalow was located on the side and overlooked a pond full of water lilies. There’s also a lovely spa right next to the hotel where you can fully unwind, which was a great bonus. Because the hotel is nestled in nature, there were quite a few insects around, but that’s to be expected and totally understandable. Overall, I had a nice stay. Thank you so much...

We stayed there only for one night. Originally booked 2 rooms but were upgraded by the owner in a 3 bedroom unit in front of the pool. The hotel is 1 minute away from the main road where there is a small supermarket and a restaurant and it is 5 minutes away from the beach / 10minutes away from Sanur port. The grounds of the property are very beautiful and the owner was very nice. Breakfast was delivered directly on our terrace at the time we asked. Unfortunately the rooms and bathrooms are aging a bit and would need a little more cleaning. A/C was working well but was a bit noisy. Bathroom is a wet room (open - no...
