Luxurious hotel. The health protocol is being implemented properly. I like the design of the entrance street, building and the lobby. The check in process was fast and friendly. They can provide me the room criteria that I want. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious, divided into 4 sections: living room, bed, bathroom and wardrobe. The city view from this room is very beautiful. In the living room there is a long sofa, study table, and my favorite is the TV with Bose home theater, love it bass is good. In the bedroom there is a large and comfortable bed, besides that there is also a TV in the bedroom. The spacious and luxurious bathroom has two sinks, separate toilet and shower, vanity and bathtub. In the wardrobe there is also a super large cupboard that can store many items. The facilities at this hotel are very complete, there is a chocolate shop, bar, luxurious library, ballroom, restaurant, gym, spa, swimming pool, and many more. The swimming pool at this hotel is beautiful, decorated with beautiful trees and have great views of the city. As soon as we entered we were immediately given towels and cold drinks. Pool attendants are also kind and friendly, I had a chance to chat for a while. Food at breakfast is served a la carte, we are given a menu with a wide selection of food to order as much as we like. Besides that, there is bread and fruit that we can take ourselves. All the food is delicious, especially the bread. I experienced a few problems when registering car parking ticket, the first time I registered a parking ticket, the ticket was invalid, so I had to be assisted by the parking staff. Not only that, in the early morning when going to enter the parking lot, an error appears the car is already inside. Even though my condition was very tired, I had to wait a few minutes until the concierge came to help me. I hope this problem can be fixed and won't happen again in the future. Apart from that, for the facilities, maybe hotel can add a whirlpool or hot water pool, and the amenities brands which can be made more luxurious and exclusive, because I only got the standard four seasons brand amenities.
