Green Rasuna Residence — Hotel in Jakarta

International Visitors, be careful to stay at deceptive place like this. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. Unfortunately, I have never taken some time to read the google reviews to realize their trap. First, you will face a kind of psycho receptionist who has poor communication, not even know how to smile, greedy, plus I am sure that he has zero about customer care. I had two nights stay and I was asking him to let anyone to clean the room next day but no response. Second, no water where other hotels give two bottles of water every day. Finally, he will find any reason to take your deposits. My deposit was taken for small spots which can be simply washed but He claimed that it is a stain and considered as damage lol. terrible service. i wasn't planning on paying parking fees. but then after the stay, they charge you without any notice. once we complain, they won't do anything about it. also late checkout seems to be charged here too, but no information provided. we told the hotel at checkin, we want to checkout at 13:00 pm, but yet we got extra charged without any information first. if any information provided first, we then won't have any problems. also the room is filled with mosquitoes,...

Room was a bit small but new and the view from the big spacious window is super beautiful both at night and day. The doors need a peeking hole and an additional lock for more safety. Hotel needs to install phones in each room so guests dont need to go to the lobby just to communicate with the staffs. Need to provide sandals too.
