Closed Prop - Inactive — Hotel in Jakarta

The hotel doesn’t deserve to be listed anywhere. I don’t know how they got all these good reviews on Google and Agoda. But they don’t even have the basic amenities in the room. First you need to walk through a narrow alley to find it. Second, you never see the management people anywhere. On the door of their office they put up a number and asked to call for check in or check out or any issues. Then when you call, what do you know?!!! They don’t speak a word of English. I had to constantly use Google translate to translate and counter translate between Indonesian and English to understand the manager and vice versa. They have a very narrow stairwell to go up. Then in the rooms there is no basin in the bathroom, no faucets, no soaps, no shampoo, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. Not even toilet paper! Only a towel. There’s no answer when I ask them how will I brush my teeth or how will I shave? There’s a basin outside but that doesn’t work. Their WiFi doesn’t work half the time and when it does, it doesn’t give you login option but just connects as an open insecure public WiFi. When I tried to bargain with them for over an hour over this they eventually said… then you better use mobile internet. How enlightening!!! Only thing they have, is hot water coming from the shower. And the other thing is their relatively good location in terms of vicinity to main malls and offices (although they are situated in a very shabby location) I literally had to forfeit my whole ‘non-refundable’ payment for 5 nights to Agoda and had to walk out and pay for another hotel nearby. Lessons learnt. Don’t rent...

The hotel is just ok. Stay here for 3 nights. I booked through zenrooms with a very good price for single room. (You can check from the apps for the update price).

The room is clean. (There is staff to clean room in the afternoon) Bed is fine. There is kitchen for public.(limited cup for coffee/tea, better you have your own) At the 1st day hot water not working properly. I did not get any soap or toothbrush. (Maybe because of low price) At the 3rd night after i came from travel around 11 pm, the shower is off.

However, if you would like to find a quite place for relax, this place is not recommend. Lots of people and vehicle around.

We can hear people talking from outside. And the corridor is very tight. There are lots of warung around too. (Good things is you can easily find some food).

You should put deposit IDR 200,000 upon arrival and will be back...

Tempat menginap yg lumayan strategis dekat dengan mall ambassador, disekitar banyak penjual makanan, laundry. Fasilitas lengkap meja, kursi plastik, kulkas kecil, tempat tidur yg cukup besar, closet duduk, air panas, AC, WiFi, sharing dapur, dan lemari penyimpanan yg cukup besar. Kekurangan yg bisa diperbaiki kunci lemari juga perlu disediakan, televisi bermasalah karena saluran nya terbatas dan kualitas gambar kurang. Cocok utk menginap dalam jangka waktu lama dan budget terbatas. Suasana disekelilingnya adalah perkampungan yg cukup ramai sehingga baru agak tenang setelah...
