Nostoi — Hotel in Jakarta

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me. Room was decorated Japanese style (which personally I love because it was just aesthetically pleasant for my eyes!), comfortable bed, strong wifi connection, in room smart TV, in room refrigerator, and building was quite soundproff, I barely hear anything from my room. The coolest thing I found on my room was the switch for water heater, it was unecessary, of course, why would I turn off the water heater, but it was just cool hahaha. Didn't try the food (I don't think it was available during my stay) tho. I stayed for 2 nights and I need to ask for amnities--not that I complained but they didn't knock on your door in the morning to ask whether we need the room to be cleaned or maybe water refill since we really didn't go out from our room--it was delivered pretty quick though. They need to improve on their reception thing, there was nobody standby as receptionist so we need to ring the bell like 3 times and wait for 20 minutes to get to our room. Guests also need to provide 500k rupiah cash depost upon checking in. Locationwise, it was kinda difficult to reach, as the access to location are through small roads, but the building was pretty much easy to...

From the very beginning of my stay, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team—their friendliness and professionalism made me feel right at home. Special mention to Dzaky, Gledis, Arfan, and Yanti—thank you for your sincere hospitality, patience, and attentiveness throughout my stay.

One moment that really stood out was during check-out, when I was kindly offered a kopi susu gula aren—such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. It’s rare to find that level of warmth and personal touch.

I also want to give heartfelt appreciation to the security team who helped me manage my luggage (which was over 30kg!) during both arrival and departure. Their willingness to assist with a smile made everything so much easier.

The only thing that could use some improvement is the speed of the internet connection, which was a bit slow during my visit. Hopefully this can be addressed soon for an even better guest experience.

Overall, my stay was filled with kindness, comfort, and care. Thank you again to everyone at Nostoi Setiabudi—especially Dzaky, Gledis, Arfan, and Yanti—for going the extra mile. I truly hope to return soon!...

My first time staycation here. Checkin time at 2pm (please don't be late so you get a room with a good view). When we check in, we have to give a deposit money about Rp 350,000. You can give it by cash or debit. I choose debit, because I read the review in other apps that if we chose payment with debit the refund of the deposit takes time.

I bought this room in agoda, it has a good price than the other apps. It includes breakfast. I got a room in 2nd floor, it clean and has a good view. The AC is good, it works well and the wifi is fast we could watch netflix smoothly.

We also get a welcome drink too in Noru Cafe. We can claim it at until 3pm the time we check in or 12pm the time we check out. For breakfast, they have 3 menus : nasi kuning/nasi ayam/nasi uduk. You can choose it, if it is not available they will inform you soon. The breakfast will delivered to our room, and the staff said that we get a free coffee lattes too. So i get the ice coffee latte too, its so good not to sweet but its good. I'm not a coffee morning person, but this latte doesn't hurt my stomach.
