This was the resort I used to come as a kid about 40 years ago. Amazingly, it looked mostly the same as it had been for those years. This time I stayed in a ship-shaped like Leti-Leti 111, which had a living area, a pantry, a bathroom and a bedroom. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experience I had ever had. Number one, the interior was very old and gloomy, and worst of all, it was not well maintained. Number two, the hot water did not work and the toilet water tank did not have the cover. Number three, I did not realize until very early morning (around 4 AM) that on the ceiling of my bedroom there was a lizard that pooped on my bed. There were also insects flying around in my bedroom in that very early morning. So, I could not go back to sleep. I ended up taking a morning walk at 6 AM. I really enjoyed the surrounding filled a sea breeze, and this was the big plus that prevented me to give Putri Duyung a one-star. Another plus was the foods. The reason I stayed in this resort because I had to attend a meeting, and thus I had many chances to taste its foods (1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 2 dinners). Not all of them were good, but among them, there were always two to three dishes tasted really good in every meal. I appreciated this because foods for the meeting usually tasted so-so. Overall, I could not encourage you to stay overnight in this resort. It was still okay for a day visit to enjoy the sea breeze...
Read moreEverything is out of my expectation. The price is too high for this kind of hospitality.||||First i stayed in Junior suite ubur ubur and belive me this place is so old, dirty, the sofa is torn apart so it gaves us pain while we sitt on it. The bathtub is clogged and it takes 1 hour to take down the water. The bathroom floor is oily and stinky. And the wifi didn’t work.||||After that i asked the staff if i can get another room. They asked me and my family to packes up our stuff and they will be there to pick us up immidiately. ||||We wait more than 45 minutes and they never arrived until we have to call 3 times. And one thing that makes me more dissapointed that they said they have to pray first and it takes time!!!!. 45 minutes to pray is a hell long time and they cannot made it as an excuse when they work in a hospitality and service.||||After 50 mins waiting finally we’ve been transported to another cottage Lumba lumba. And still the room is old, windows are dusty, insects everywhere, trash on the front of the backyard and the bathrom is a nightmare. They serve a dispenser in the kitchen room and the refrigerator smells so i had to think twice to store my food on it. ||||The pool is green and dirty. ||||That will be my first and the last stayed on this place. Will never...
