Mesari Home Stay & Warung — Hotel in Kecamatan Abang

Could not believe how cheap this Homestay and Warung was.|Kadek and his wife Ketut were the most beautiful people and looked after us extremely well during our 2 night stay.|The Homestay, we believe was built in 2015 and consists of 2 ground floor units and 2 top floor unit. |Our room, no1 , was on the top floor and overlooked the fields and mountain range at the rear of the property with crops of sweet potato, corm and peanuts.|The room provided a very comfortable bed, ceiling fan, storage, toilet (with a view), hand basin and walk in shower plus towels. |You supply you own soap and buy your water. The room was spotless.|Ketut provided lovely breakfasts and dinners at such low prices.|Kadek arranged transport to Gusto Resto for lunch and also transport to Nusa Dua.|We really enjoyed our 2 nights at Mesari and would not hesitate in returning here.|We arranged our accommodation through Booking.com|Sincere thanks to Kadek & Ketut, who always put our needs...

Great homestay for solo or couples travelling. I ended up staying more than a month. The view is breathtaking from evey room. The lower rooms have good AC also. The breakfast is great with multiple options to choose from and fresh fruits in addition. The homestay is also a warung, so at any time you can ask for a good meal from the menu (best tuna salad I ever had). But... the real value of staying here comes from the hospitality of the family owning it. I couldn't write down the many ways they have helped me during my stay even if I wanted, there were just so so many. If you have any issue or request I'd say go to them first. This is no ordinary budget homestay, they will not hesitate to help you out!

I loved my stay at Mesari! My room was huge with an absolutely stunning balcony overlooking the fields and hills. It was so relaxing to sit outside & enjoy the stunning scenery. Breakfast was delicious and I even had a tasty dinner here too. The owners were really nice & helpful – giving me rides on their scooter to the beach and from the town. The homestay is not in a central location and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town which isn’t a problem if you don’t mind a walk. The owner arranged my pick-up from Seminyak and a drop off in Ubud at a competitive rate and I did appreciate this extra service. I would most definitely...
